Registration Steps:

Step 1: Registration Form (Required)

This form will take 20-30 minutes and should be completed in one sitting (you cannot save your progress). Before you begin, you may want to gather the following items to make the process easier:

- Login information for Jeffco Connect

- Names of all current HSC Students

- Calendar to record important dates

- Printer (some documents require printing)

Step 2: Health & Student Information Form (Required)

Please complete a health and information form for each of your students that will be attending HSC for the 2021 - 22 school year. We gather this information every year to keep all students safe and healthy at HSC.

Please note that Immunizations and Exemptions forms are due at the beginning of the school year. If you would like more information about immunizations or exemptions, please click HERE.

If your student needs to be administered medication during school hours or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact Ms. Antoinette (aroybal@wwahomeschool.org) or call at 720-289-9230.

 

Step 3: Statement of Intent (Optional)

Every year homeschool families are required to turn in a Statement of Intent (formally known as Notice of Intent or Letter of Intent) to the state. HSC gives families the option to turn in these Statement of Intents to us, and we will file them with the district for you. This is in no way required and you may choose to send in your Statement of Intent on your own (the address and email to do so is available on the form). Families also have the option to complete a district Statement of Intent form or may simply write a letter stating that you intend to homeschool your student(s) for at least 172 instructional days at 4 hours a day.

Step 4: Parent Directory (Optional)

Finally, the last (and optional step) is to join our Parent Directory! We love to see the community building that happens outside of our HSC walls and this is a great resource to get to know other homeschooling families. Every question in the form is 100% optional, so you can provide as much or as little information as you’d like. We will send out the parent directory a few weeks into the semester and update it periodically as more people join.
